As I begin my day, my to do list running through my mind. I fast forward to an hour from now, two hours, etc. Then I pause. Time to put myself in check. My energy was already going to be a deficit if I kept going over my checklist before I even showered for the day.
Spending a few minutes in prayer with my Creator and being connected to my power source was just what the doctor ordered. Viola, my energy level was brought back in line.
For the most part, I have a very high level of energy and am passionate about what ever I am doing.

Well, sort of the same premise. When someone is lacking the juice to get going, you just might be that example full of passion, sparkle, and drive that they need! Be that person! You could be the power source that someone else needs to bounce into their day! Your energy introduces you before you even speak.
