I went through the same exercise myself a bit ago.
Those joy suckers and blessing blockers have no room in our new day. Keep looking ahead and moving in that direction. God is already there and that's a pretty comforting thing. So go be incredible and do amazing things today! If God is for you, who can be against you?
Hebrews 12:1-2
12 Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, 2 fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith.
