A need is something needed to survive, while a want is something we desire to have, that we may or may not be able to obtain.

A need verses a want...Can we just begin with a big Ouch? I don't know about you but I can admit, I struggle at times with this one here. On a deeper level, sometimes I fail to understand certain things that I may need to walk through to grow in Christ. Need goes much further than material items Champions. All of the earthly possessions we collect while we are passing through are just that,"earthly possessions." The true substance is in the journey. It took me a long time to grasp that. God knows my yesterdays, todays, and the tomorrows he has in store for me. He knows yours too. So, it seems like a no brainer to trust him to supply all our needs. Lean in, he may require action on our part in some form or fashion. God isn't a genie and doesn't grant wishes. Trust him. Go to him in prayer and listen for his still small voice. He will provide! Huge hugs to you as you embark on your journey today.
Therefore I tell you, don't worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in a barn, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?
