Sometimes you just have to go there...
Toxicity...my spirit went there this morning. Brush those sandles off and keep it moving if you have to Champions! Over the years I have learned that no matter how much you try, if you camp out with people that demonstrate toxic behaviors, it has a tendency to rub off. Not only do you allow them to suck the joy right out of you, you end up giving them the straw.
I encourage you today to identify those behaviors that steal your joy. Once identified, love them folks from a distance.
Trust and believe, you might think you can hang out with someone toxic and that you're strong enough to withstand the chaos...from experience I can tell you that it will affect you.
Gravitate towards wholesome things. Keep that joy, joy, joy, down in your heart to stay!
