Waking this morning with a heart of remembrance for the one that paid it all.
Champions, today is Palm Sunday. I've read this passage of scripture many times in the gospels. This morning reading Mark, I had an overwhelming feeling of both sadness and joy. I know what's to come, and I know what after that. However, my heart hurts to know that in one weeks time we went from praising to crucifying. Thank you Jesus for loving a sinner like me. Thank you for even if their was only one you would have endured the same pain. Thank you for forgiveness.
Father forgive them for they know not what they do.
That really hit home this morning Champions. Take time today to reflect and give praise.
Those who went ahead and those who followed shouted,
“Hosanna!”
“Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!”
