The morning twilight...

The transition from night to day as the sun peeks over the horizon in the eastern sky.

Peace, perfect peace. May today be a day of gratitude and appreciation for each one of us Champions! Good Friday, a time of remembrance and thanksgiving. The Son is about to rise in full glory! 3 days!

This morning I was standing on my back deck as the sun was saying hello over the trees. In that moment, I knew this morning's topic. A new day is dawning and we have been given today as a gift! In the beginning, God created! I had to pause this morning and just remember those 5 words. I look around and see everyone going about their day. The routines of life, so to speak. Possibly taking for granted that the sun came up this morning. Do we enter our day with appreciation or expectation? Wow, I had to take a personal inventory myself. I don't know about you but I take too many things for granted. Something as simple as the sunrise.

Almighty God! The Great I Am! The Creator of heaven and earth! The Alfa and Omega! The Beginning and End! Savior, Sustainer! Wonderful Counselor! Friend! And I will rise when they call my name, no more heartache and no more pain! Oh, rest assured He has risen just as the sun did this morning and the light will begin to grow in each one of us if we remain connected to the source! The Son is shining brightly! Good Friday may be somber for a moment but trust and believe, joy is coming in the morning!

1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form, and void; and darkness [a]was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.

Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness. God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night. [b]So the evening and the morning were the first day.

Genesis 1: 1-5
