The corners of the mouth

The delicate area on the sides of the mouth that connects the top lip to the bottom lip that supports a smile or a frown.

Praising God this morning Champions! May your Holy Tuesday be happy and your smiles be overflowing! He's alive!

This morning I am keeping it very simple. The choice to smile or frown...

It is a choice that each one of us has. You might say it is an outward sign of an inward happening. I have come to the conclusion, that I can either tackle my day with a smile and see the opportunity and awesomeness in it. Or, I can choose to be a sour puss and grumble through it.

You might say, but it's so hard to he happy considering what I am going through? I would challenge that with this question,

" Will frowning and being a grump make it any better?" The short answer is no. The only thing that it will do for you or me is steal our joy for the day and make us unproductive and miserable. Make no mistake, we will have sad moments in this life, but joy comes in the morning. I like to use joy as an acronym. Jesus - Over- You! When we put things in their proper place, it's easy to turn that frown upside down. Walk today with a victorious spirit, not a victim mentality. Be blessed and share your smile with others!

If I say, ‘I will forget my complaint, I will put off my sad face, and be of good cheer,’

Job 9:27
