Today silence sounds pretty good. No pun intended. In different seasons of life, sometimes much is said in silence. Even more importantly, much is learned in silence. When we remove the noise and focus on truly listening for that still small voice, we have entered a place where astonishing things can take place. Sometimes, I have come to realize, you don't have to have an answer to every question. I have found for me that when I am quiet God speaks the loudest. I encourage you today to practice the Holy hush. Tune in to the conversations you have today with others ( be present). Practice listening twice as much as speaking and see what happens. A wise person once told me, we were given two ears and one mouth for a reason. We should listen twice as much as we speak. I have to wonder, how many blessings have been blocked because of having to have the last word? Something to think about. Be blessed and have a fantastic day!
