Self- Control... Have you ever or are you still battling with this one? Every day we have situations requiring self discipline. From the simple to the more complex issues. As we mature we realize that controlling our emotional state in small things prepares us when the larger things come our way. Hear me when I say, God's word is paramount. By listening and practicing what He commands we will be victorious and live our lives practicing self-control. We all have our (what I call triggers.) Know what yours are and then you will be able to be prepared when they come and they will. Rely on God's wisdom and direction! The journey of self- control begins with the first step, shall we take it together?
Like a city whose walls are broken through is a person who lacks self control.
