Renewal...If you haven't picked up on it yet, this morning my thought process is leaning towards freshness. A clean clear perspective. Have you ever been in a place where you just need regeneration? For me sometimes that can be a daily process.
On a daily basis we encounter so much stuff. Some of it not so positive I might add. Over time that negative stuff can make us feel sluggish if we do not address it. Then we are not able to be all we were intended to be because it's dragging us down. Can you say Amen?
A great place to begin that renewal process is first and foremost a relationship with Jesus. You might say, " I have that." But my mind still gets bogged down and cluttered.
Champions I can relate. The renewal of our mind is so very important. Finding that quiet time away from all the craziness this world throws our way and being in the presence of Almighty God! Reading His word, talking to him and then to be still and savor the peace, rest and renewal only he can truly give. When He answers and He will if we are listening quietly for that still small voice. Providing the peace guidance and direction only He can give.
At times we are so busy at being busy it's exhausting. I encourage you to take a moment today to simply breathe. To clear your mind. Maybe, go for a walk. Remove yourself from the noise and distractions and spend a few moments with the Great I Am! There is power in the name! Claiming a Victory today for us all! I encourage you to go have that little talk with Jesus, you will be so glad you did!
