Good morning Champions! Let's just begin this morning with Ouch!
In a world full of noise our listening skills too often get lost in the sauce. As I was reflecting this morning, I took a moment just to take in the sounds around me. It was a very enlightening exercise. Things that I may have overlooked on previous mornings, I heard differently this morning. I think sometimes we miss out because we are so busy listening to respond that we forget to listen to understand. God gave us two ears and one mouth, maybe just maybe to listen twice as much as we speak? I had to ask myself, how much conflict and turmoil could I avoid if I truly practiced the art of listening? Today sounds like ( no pun intended) the perfect day to begin listening at a deeper level! Have a blessed day and be a blessing to others!
