Goodness knows we just need to stop. If you can't say amen, say ouch.

Each day is a day to stretch and grow. A day to learn and absorb
A day to make a difference.
Champions we are here on planet earth for a moment. Can we just agree that we need to be difference makers while we are here? This is our time. This is our dash! To God be the glory!
That's all I got this morning, take it or leave it! Today I choose Team Jesus, how about you?
But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.
