I am certainly a work in progress. Putting in that work, I have realized just how important it is to embrace this thing called life one day at a time. Working to let go of yesterday, and to let tomorrow come if and when it gets here. Yes, waking up in the morning with thankfulness for the brand new beginning called today. Here's the thing, I have learned that in my life I've missed things within my day by wishing away the day or that the day would just be over. Yep, I've had those kind of days. I'm pretty sure you have had one or two. For me, on those days, I look for the good. I can always find something. Each day begins anew. Each day of our lives is a gift! Champions, start this new day with love, life, and purpose. Open it and use the gift you've been given!
The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.
