Take time to play...
Yep, that's what was given to me this morning. Too often we forget how to play. As adults, we too often become very serious and regimented. We have responsibilities and all that goes along with it. Even though the aforementioned is true. Taking the time to play is important. Laughter is important. God gave us many healthy ways to enjoy life. Sometimes we just have to have recess to recharge. When was the last time you made a mud pie? Ran through a sprinkler? Caught fireflies? Played on a playground? Champions, how did you feel thinking about those things I just mentioned? I bet you smiled a bit! If you really want to know how to play, spend a couple hours with a toddler. Their imagination is incredible. Who knows, you just might end up building a blanket fort and having a good ole belly laugh? Take time to step away and play! You will be oh so glad you did!
