Each new year I try to find a single word that will help me grow if I embrace it to the fullest. This year I choose GENTLENESS. I thought of years past, along with current events and landed on gentleness. The way I see it, if I practice gentleness> my interactions with others will be a bit more tender. Let`s face it, we live in a loud, self-seeking world. A world that is demanding, and sometimes not so kind. Things might not always go our way, but if we look to God to guide our steps we cannot go wrong.
Join me in the following pledge... I will practice gentleness within my family, at work, and in the public arena. My goal is to be more like Jesus and less like me. To be sold out! Gentleness sounds like a pretty great place for me to start growing in 2023.
Champions, we can make a difference in this world. We just have to start somewhere on improving ourselves. Be a blessing to someone today!
