This morning a simple choice came to my mind...
Finding a way, or making an excuse.
Think about it Champions, we have the ability to think logically and come up with a plan of action to accomplish what we set out to do.
So we can make an excuse why we did or didn't do something. Or, we can power through and find a way! Trust and believe when we find a way, we come out the other side stronger and more equipped for thenext hard thing. 💪
