Continously and constantly developing.
This morning brings us to the middle of January. Winter, full force in it's season Champions. Much lies in slumber waiting for the coming of spring.
Listening to the Winter wind blowing outside this morning. Looking out my kitchen window to trees without leaves. Grass, with a slight remnant of snow in places from the winter storm that came through over the weekend.
My thoughts go to...
It is well with my soul.
Seasons very much like the chapters in our lives change.
Change, though sometimes uncomfortable can bring newness and a fresh perspective. We learn, we grow, we learn, we grow. Change occurs when we embrace what God has for us. When we lay down what was... to truly be sold out for Jesus.
I know with my personal journey my steps may not be made with leaps and bounds, but none the less they are forward steps. I recognize that I am not who I once was. I thank God for change.. I thank God for loving me! Continue to follow Christ and be all that God intended. Enjoy the seasons as they change. Each one has a purpose.
Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
