Deep breath 

An action or method of relaxation that will naturally bring your heart rate more in sync with your breathing. This in turn leads to your brain releasing endorphins, which are chemicals that have a natural calming effect.


Friday is here. There is breath in our bodies. Breath deep and proceed Champions!


Taking a deep breath... so simple but truly impactful. After all, we were first created by the breath of life being breathed into us by our awesome Creator. Breathing is pretty important. In the midst of the craziness that comes our way, a deep breath and a moment to refocus our mind on the problem solver verses the problem could be just what we need. So join me today in taking a deep breath and repeat if needed. We got this Champions!
