To return quickly to a normal condition after a difficult situation or event.
Champions, as we begin to embark on this beautiful day God has given us, let us pause and magnify his name!
Over dinner last night a conversation sparked this morning's topic. A friend of ours after many years lost his job. This touched my spirit in a big way. One day everything appears fine as we know it and the next day, it can change in an instant. You might be going through something similar yourself? There could be a situation or circumstance you are currently dealing with...a health issue, a job issue, loss of a loved one, family and or relationship issues, the list goes on. So that brings me back to this morning's topic...
"Bouncing back!"
Sometimes we are placed into situations we have no control over. They hit us hard and come at us fast. We know they're going to come. We just don't know what they will be or the severity.
We are told in this life we will have trials and tribulations. So I thought about the after party so to speak. The bouncing back. Strength comes through endurance and often pain. Honestly, the things we have to bounce back from if we had a choice we would have never went through them to begin with. Easier said than done? Possibly, but with God all things are possible. He makes the bounce back so much better than the set back. Allow God to be present in the bounce. Seek his will and be a willing participant to bounce! The bounce back is coming, trust and believe!
Meanwhile, the moment we get tired in the waiting, God’s Spirit is right alongside helping us along. If we don’t know how or what to pray, it doesn’t matter. He does our praying in and for us, making prayer out of our wordless sighs, our aching groans. He knows us far better than we know ourselves, knows our pregnant condition, and keeps us present before God. That’s why we can be so sure that every detail in our lives of love for God is worked into something good.
